How do I return an item?

There are no returns on any pool cleaners, chemicals, heaters or heat pumps for any reason. Warranty issues will be handled by the manufacture. Phone numbers can be found on our "Pool & Spa Manufactures" page.

All products sold at Poolsupply4less.com come with a full manufacturer warranty. In the event you feel you have a defective product, please refer to the warranty information packaged with your product. Please contact us by e-mail if you require assistance.

All items ordered will be shipped within 48 hours if in stock. If the item is not in stock you will be notified of expected shipment date. Items are shipped FedEx ground and take 3-5 working days to arrive. Indirect signature is required at delivery for items over $200. in value. Thank You.

any item we sell. Our only obligation is to replace an item that is damaged in shipping only.

There are no returns on pool heaters/heat pumps or any pool cleaner! Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt by you. Credit will be issued upon return of item(s) subject to the following terms: You must contact us via e-mail giving us the order date and item number and we will respond by the next 2 business days with an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number. No item will be accepted for return without this number. We will indicate where the item should be shipped to, freight prepaid. Items for return must be UNUSED, in their original packaging, presentable for sale, and with all warranty cards, manuals, etc. We can't accept for return electrical items that are not in their sealed containers. Chemicals, paint, and special order items are not returnable. Items which are drop shipped from the manufacturer are subject to the manufacturer's return policy.

Returned items and refused items are subject to a 15% percent restocking charge and all shipping charges. Defective or warranty items are treated as warranty claims, not as a return. Orders refused at time of receipt are subject to freight charges both ways.
