Great Customer Service poor OEM quality October 3, 2023 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Melbourne Beach , FL United States   Had to purchase another Pentair globrite, have 3 in pool. They last about 3 years, before the lens gasket fails and lets water intrude. With the price of these lights you would expect Pentair would redesign the product. Pools 4 for less is the most cost effective and efficient way of getting replacements, although they are still expensive to replace. Pools  4 less ordering is easy and keep you informed on order status, as well as direct link to follow shipment. Only wish Pentair quality was as good as Pool 4 less customer service!
