Got my heater replacement from Poolsupply4less with fast shipping and received the product with good outer packaging condition.  I installed it and had everything running in 30 minutes.  As expected, StaRite is a good company and provides a cost-effective heating solution.  Highly recommend both StaRite and PS4L.

Not only was the price great, but the product was delivered in expeditious fashion.  The product was delivered on a pallet and wrapped to the pallet in it's original box in perfect condition.

I've had excellent experience with this product in the past in a commercial application.  In that setting, the maintenance guys said it was easy to work on and we found repair parts to be readily available, new or used. I was excited to see that they've addressed the biggest problem we had - a leaking heat exchanger - by now offering a non-rusting nickel-cupro option. I am happy to spend $309 or $400 extra now to avoid well over $1,000 later (plus labor).  Finally, seller has consistently lowest prices anywhere - and I've looked hard.
