Easy process, efficient office. Easy pickup, a mile away from my house. Salesman informed me of $400 rebate from So. Gas Co. I'll be using installer that salesman recommended.

Bought a Mastertemp400 about 13 years ago and have had very little trouble with it until this last year. It was sometimes not firing properly but very intermittently and did not post a code.  Rather than putting a few hundred into fixing an older heater, decided to buy a new one that had some improvements. Heater fired up 1st time and seems to be more efficient than the old one. Great buy and PS4L had the best price but a long shot.
